Self confidence and self esteem is something every man has to have.

If you dont people will run all over you.

Nobody will respect you.

And you will soon start to doubt and hate yourself.

 

What is self confidence  

Self confidence is simply the belief that you can do anything/accomplish you set your mind too.

No matter what happens you know that you will rise above it and accomplish your goal.

And you take actions on this belief.

Self confidence is simply an inner belief.

And no matter what happens you’ll be ok because you believe that can figure it out.

 

What is self esteem

Self esteem is how you think of yourself.

Do you think you are a person other people want to be around?

Do you think you are worthy of hitting those goals and living the life you want?

Self esteem is what you think and what others think of you.

 

Why you need self confidence and self esteem

If you want to do anything in this world and live the life you dream of,you have to believe you can do it.

Nobody is going to baby you and force you to live the life you dream about.

Nobody is going to force you to get up when you get knocked down or keep going when things get tough.

You have to know in your soul that you are worthy of the life you want and you wont to stop until you get it.

This type of mindset is the mind of those who achieve the life that others don’t.

These types of men get the woman everybody always dreams of.

And you’ll never get this level of success and live this type of life putting yourself down and not believing in yourself.

This is why you need this

 

Can you have one and not the other

Yes you can have one without the other.

Alot times people will be confident when it comes to doing things they like.

Example you could be confident in your ability when the call of duty tournament.

You know that you can play with the best players skill wise.

You watched all the game videos and spent years practicing.

But for whatever reason you still can get it through your head that you can really win.

You look at the other players in the tournament and find every reason why they deserve it and you don’t.

Putting yourself down kills your chance of winning before you need start.

 

What does low self confidence and self esteem look like?

Sometimes you can be your worst enemy.

Stopping yourself from living the life you deserve 

Always doubting yourself.

Telling yourself that good things can happen to you.

Before you even try to start things you’ll tell yourself that you can’t do it.

This low self esteem mindset will make you the most unattractive person in life definitely with women and no good opportunities will come your way.

And even if they did you wont see it because you won’t even believe you can do it and take action.

 

What causes low self esteem and self confidence?

Low self esteem and confidence can be started as a little baby.

When you are a young child some parents and family members would put you down when you tried to show them what you were working on or a dream.

People laugh at you or told you that your dreams was stupid.

Because of this you could develop a fear of telling people your dreams on what’s on your mind because you don’t want to get laughed at again.

You can carry these experiences all the way into adulthood if they are not broken.

Is self confidence and self esteem the same thing?

No not exactly

A Lot of people use them both together but they’re not the same.

Self confidence is about whether you believe you can do things.

Self esteem is how you feel about yourself.

To create a better version of yourself you’ll need to work on them both.

 

How To improve my self confidence and self esteem do this 

 

1.Stop putting yourself down

If you don’t know this by now this can be your biggest problem so start here.

Stop telling yourself you can’t do this or you can’t do that.

It doesn’t matter if you say it in your head or you say it out loud don’t put yourself down.

I don’t care if the task is almost impossible for you to do.

You could be going in the ring with mike tyson in his prime.

Tell yourself that you’re about to whoop mike ass.

And when you get in that ring you better swing with confidence like you are the champ.

It doesn’t matter if you lack the skills or not.

Believe you can and you’ll definitely have a better chance.

 

2.Hype yourself up

For the next week I want you to start hyping yourself in the morning about your day.

Wake up tell yourself today about to easy i’m going to crush it at work then hit the gym and go hard.

When you at the gym get excited and pump about lifting the weights.

Definitely when you get dressed I always look in the mirror like damn I look good everyday.

I know you probably think this cheese but honestly it helps.

When you’re hyped up it’s hard to be a downer it just doesn’t mix.

So be your own hype man.

 

3.Go 100%

Whatever you do, try to be the best at it.

It doesn’t matter if you are an investment banker or at the grill at mcdonalds everyday give it your all.

It’s something about feeling going hard and giving things your best that gives you a new life.

When other people see you are the best at what you do they will respect and admire you.

Go ask any manager who they want on their shift and they will go out their way to make sure you’ll be on their team every shift.

And this type of mentality transfers over to over fields.

Be the Kobe of whatever is that you do and have a mamba mentality.

 

4.Stop giving a fuck

Stop letting other people’s opinions validate who you are.

If somebody dont like you ole well move on.

They think the way you dress is corny so be it.

You don’t need to impress nobody but yourself.

Everybody needs friends and admiration but don’t try to find it by trying to do what other people like short changing yourself in the process.

 

5.Be apart of something bigger than yourself

This will help you feel some type of fulfillment and purpose.

Knowing you are part of something big is a good feeling.

It could be as small as being a part of a club or team like football or the book club.

Or big like a government official helping make your country or the world a better place
